Registration Requirements for Home Health Aide Training

Taking the first step to register for our career training program is easy. Drop by the Care Skills School Admissions Office to fill out some forms. We’ll ask you to provide a few pieces of necessary documentation before putting you on the path to success.

The Care Skills School Admissions Office is open 5 days a week and is located at 1125 Fulton Street, 3rd Floor (It is easily reachable by the C and S prospect park shuttle trains (Franklin stop))

Admissions Office hours are: Monday – Friday: 9AM – 5PM

What You Need To Bring

  • Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license or state ID, or military ID)

  • High school or college diploma or college transcript*

  • Social Security Card ​

​

*If you don’t have a diploma, you are able to complete a literacy test conducted at our location.
